Our salon is located on Morris Park Avenue and is well known for 29 years of service and founded by Luigi Sicilia in 1984.  Karmen Peña, a hair stylist and employee for Luigi for many years is now the new owner of Louis B.P. Salone D’Bellezza.  Karmen has renovated the salon to fit today’s needs with a modern style giving it an extreme makeover.
